A beautiful Butterfly Wedding!

Back in September I showed a little preview of a lovely wedding I was working on. The couple were the lovely Alan and Lisa, the venue was the amazing Voewood in Norfolk and the theme was mosaics and butterflies! I designed their invitations through to their menus and table plan... and also a tea towel that they had printed and gave away as favors! Brilliant idea! It was an absolutely beautiful and perfect day. Congratulations to the lovely Mr and Mrs Stickells! xx

The invitation..

... This was designed as a flat card with the directions and info printed on another matching card. All bundled together and sent in a lovely natural brown envelope.

The table names..

...These were named after butterflies!

The Menu..

.... This was printed as a A5 folded card.

The name cards..

... pink for girls and blue for boys!

The table plan...

The rooms..

... Voewood has many beautiful and individual rooms each with its own name. Lisa had the idea of hanging room signs from the door to help her guests find their way back at the end of the night!

Thank you to the very talented James Rouse for the photos. www.jamesrouse.com/weddings.php

New wedding invitation for Ballisticblue.com...

Ballisticblue.com, a brilliant online invitation company, got in touch with me after receiving one of my published cards and asked me to design some invitations for them. Along with some party and special occasion invitations they asked me to design an invitation for a civil ceremony and this is what I came up...

It is now on their website and you can personalize it with your own details.

They are getting married in a beautiful venue in Norfolk called Voewood Hall which is full of arts and crafts. Its also known as the Butterfly house because of the layout.
